摘    要:线上线下混合式培训,在互联网化转型的大背景下,以提高实体销售渠道营销质量和效益为目标,对提升一线员工能力素质、提高企业绩效做出了积极的探索和尝试。针对某电信运营商部分实体渠道存在的销售下滑、营销手段单一和员工技能不足等共性问题,文章提出一种线上线下混合式培训实施方案,旨在通过规范化组织学习提升实体渠道销售能力和绩效,助力企业构建具有差异化能力的实体销售渠道体系,从而有效提升企业业绩。此方案已在某电信运营商进行实践应用,取得一定成效,为相关企业改善实体销售渠道绩效提供了参考案例。

Abstract:In order to improve the marketing quality and efficiency of entity sales channels,online and offline hybrid-training is a positive exploration and attempts to improve the competence and performance of front-line employees under the background of Internet transformation.According to the common problems in some entity channels of a telecom operator,this paper proposes a hybrid online and offline training framework and gives specific implementation plans,which aims at improving the sales ability and performance of physical channels.The scheme proposed in this paper has been applied in a city company of a telecom operator and has achieved some effects.It provides a reference case for relevant enterprises to improve the performance of entity sales channels.
