炼钢自动配料设备控制系统设计

摘    要:根据炼钢自动配料设备的工艺过程和控制要求,设计了以PLC和工控机为核心的控制系统。采用多传感器数字量求和的测试方法和增量法称重方式保证了配料效率和精度。实际运行结果表明,该系统稳定可靠,称量精度髙,大大提高了精炼过程的生产效率和自动化水平。

Abstract:To meet the process control requirements of automatic proportioning equipment in steelmaking,a control system with PLC and industrial computer as core components was designed.Testing method of summation of digital quantity with multi-sensor and weighing method of increment were selected to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of proportioning.The application results show that the control system runs stably with high precision,the productivity and the level of automation in refining process are greatly enhance...
