| 摘 要： | 对国内小区规划在整体设计方法上存在的问题及其后果进行了分析,介绍了现有小区规划设计理论及现状,针对＂由小到大＂体系化设计方式的先天性不足,阐述了小区规划结构设计方法的操作要点,以期探索一种具有个性和特色的设计方法。

| Abstract: | The existing problems and its consequence of domestic district planning in integral design method were analyzed.The existing district planning design theory and status were introduced,against to the congenital drawbacks of from small to big systematic design method,the operating points of district planning structural design method were illustrated so as to explore a personality and characteristic design method. |
