铸件充型凝固过程数值模拟研究

摘    要:概述了铸件充型及凝固过程数值模拟研究的最新进展。采用并行计算技术,对压铸充型模拟过程数值计算方法进行了改进。提出了用动态膨胀收缩累积法来预测球墨铸铁缩孔缺陷,在球铁件上进行了缩孔形成的模拟和工艺改进。采用的有限差分与有限元相结合的方法模拟铸件应力场。实现了有限差分温度载荷到有限元模型的自动转换与传递,并采用有限元法计算出铸件应力场。

Abstract:The latest progress on numerical simulation of mold filling and solidification processes of shapedcasting was reviewed.The composed splitting method was implemented in solidification simulation and a new method was proposed to optimize the computational area. The computational efficiency was studied by practical applications. A new criterion was proposed to predict the shrinkage defect of S.G. iron castings and a combined FDM/FEM method was used to simulate the thermal stresses of castings.
