| Abstract: | In this paper,we introduce SOA engineering standardization and its importance.Then,a SOA engineering standard framework and a life cycle model will be proposed with our two new work item proposals to ISO/IEC JTC1/SC7.They will provide a reference guide for our following standard proposals in SOA engineering. |
