| 摘 要： | 研究电力系统黑启动的恢复计划,并对恢复过程中遇到的问题提出相应对策。根据黑启动的一般准则和山东电网实际情况,制定了山东电网的2个黑启动方案,并通过潮流和稳定等大量仿真计算,对这2个案例进行了具体的分析,为今后的现场试验和方案的实施提供依据和建议。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the study on restoration scheme of black start and puts forward the countermeasure to the problem in the course of restoration.According to the common rule of black start and the practical situation of Shan Dong power system,this paper works out two black start schemes for Shan Dong power grid,which are analyzed concretely through lots of simulations and calculations of the power flow and stability,providing the gist and suggestion to the local experimentation and the implementation of scheme for the future. |
