| 摘 要： | 工程项目组织与项目管理组织的内涵既有联系又有区别,本文在对一些基本概念进行界定的基础上,阐述了工程项目组织与项目管理组织的主要因素,对两者的目标、任务、工作内容及组织流程进行了辨析,对比分析了两者的不同之处,并初步论述了两者的内在联系,旨在进一步探究与辨别两者的实质. |

| Abstract: | There is relation as well as differentiation between project organization and project management organization in connotation. Based on defining some basic concepts, the paper elaborated primary factors of project organization and project management organization, discriminated both of targets, tasks, determinant and organization flow, contrasted both of difference, and initially discussed internal relations. It aims to explore and distinguish both of substance. |
