摘    要:为消除ERNiCrMo-3焊丝在拉拔过程中产生的加工硬化,采用不同的固溶退火温度(930、980、1038、1093和1143℃)分别加热不同时间(15、30和45 min),冷却方式分别为空冷、风冷和水冷.观察其显微组织和晶粒度,测定其显微硬度.分析了金相组织、晶粒度和硬度随同溶退火温度、保温时间、冷却速度的变化.结果表明:冷却速度越快,各种强化相析出的越少且小,硬度越低;随固溶退火温度的升高,硬度降低且晶粒变粗大,晶粒度的大小主要受温度的影响.最佳同溶退火工艺为:1038℃保温30 min,水冷却.

Abstract:In order to relieve the work-hardening of ERNiCrMo-3 welding wire in drawing process by solution annealing,the samples were heated at different temperature(930 ℃ 980 ℃, 1038 ℃, 1093 ℃ or 1143 ℃), for different time(15 min,30 min or 45 min), and cooling by air, wind or water. The microstructure was observed and the grain size and Vickers hardness were measured, the changes of mierostructure, grain size, hardness and solid solution annealing process were discussed. The results show that: the strengthening phases precipitates fewer and the vickers hardness decreases with cooling speed increasing; with the temperature increasing, the Vickers hardness decreases and the grain size increases, the grain size is mainly affected by temperature; the optimum solution annealing process: heating at 1038 ~C for 30 rain, cooling by water.
