摘    要:
冷冻干燥枝术是用液氮快速冷冻样品,并在真空状态下抽空干燥,保持样品的微观结构不变,得到的干样可用于电镜分析。采用此项技术分析了膨润土基浆、成水基浆、不同配比的聚合物钻井液及相应泥饼的微观结构。电镜分析表明:在膨润土淡水基浆中,粘土片以端—面和端—端相连形成蜂窝状结构或卡片房子结构;在聚合物钻井液中,聚合物吸附在粘土表面上,并相互连接形成了网状和蜂窝状结构;基浆和聚合物钻井液泥饼也呈蜂窝状结构,蜂窝的孔隙大小及分布随钻井液配比不同而变化,重晶石、超细CaCO_3和磺化沥青可起到封堵泥饼孔隙和降低滤失的作用。

Abstract:
Cryogenic drying method is adopted to investigate the microstructure of drilling fluids and filter cakes . Drilling fluids and filter cakes are first treated in liquid nitrogen , then dried in vacuum condition to make water subliming , finally investigated by SEM . 15 SEM photos are given , including fresh water mud , salt water mud , polymer mud , filter cakes and polymer solutions . It is shown that filter cakes can be improved by adding polymer materials , and inner materials are embedded in the pore of filter cakes .
