壳聚糖磺化改性及应用研究

摘    要:以工业级壳聚糖为原料,用浓硫酸为磺化试剂,通过实验确定制备磺化壳聚糖的最佳工艺流程.证明壳聚糖磺化以后,磺酸基团存在于壳聚糖大分子链上;进一步用动态滴定法对磺化壳聚糖的磺化率进行定量检测,确定产品的平均磺化率为8.51%.最后将磺化壳聚糖应用于水处理中.

Abstract:The optimal preparation process of sulphonation chitosan is identified experimentally by taking industrial grade chitosan as raw materials,sulphuric acid as sulphonation reagents.It is proved that the sulfonic acid exists indeed in large molecules chain of chitosan after sulphonation.Further quantitative detection on sulfonate rate of sulphonation chitosan in titration determines that the average sulfonate rate of products is 8.51%.Finally the sulphonation chitosan is applied in water treatment,and the ideal effect is achieved.
