摘    要:导致车轮辋裂的主要冶金因素包括存在棱角分明的 Al2O3夹杂、在浇钢砖表面蓄积而成的大型夹杂物、浇注耐材熔损脱落产物。采用“球状 MnS包裹点状氧化物”技术,可降低 Al2O3夹杂的危害。采用高铝质浇钢砖及“恒通钢量”浇注技术后,减少了浇钢砖表面蓄积形成的大型夹杂物以及耐材熔损脱落产物,模铸车轮轮辋不大于 .2mm”超声探伤合格率由 92%提升到 99%。采用连铸工艺后,车轮轮辋小于 . 1mm”超声探伤合格率达到 99.7%。

Abstract:The main metallurgical factors leading to wheel rim crack included the presence of angular Al2O3 inclusions, large inclusions accumulated on the surface of runner bricks and the products of cast refractory material melting damage. The harm of Al2O3 inclusions could be reduced by using"spherical MnS encapsulating point oxide" technology. After using high alumina brick and the "constantflux" casting technology,the amount of large inclusions and melting loss products of refractory materials were decreased,and the pass percent of ≤ . 2 mm" ultrasonic testing of the mold casting steel wheel rim was enhanced from 92%to 99%. After adopting continuous casting process,the pass percent of less than . 1mm" ultrasonic testing of wheel rim was reached to 99.7%.
