我国半城市化空间的研究进展

我国半城市化地区形成的介于城乡之间、半城半乡的独特空间现象，成为地理学、城乡规划学两个学科共同关注的焦点。基于现有主要研究成果，辨析出我国半城市化空间研究的两大视角。其一主要关注于半城市化地区独特的土地利用特征，基于产权理论、政体理论、制度变迁理论构建理论框架、解析形成机制。其二主要关注于城乡空间结构与乡村空间形态的特征与模式、演变与机制，基于类型学等研究方法提取空间模式、把握演变规律，以及半城市化空间更新改造的模式与策略。最后提出有进一步探究可能的方面。

The Progression of Peri-Urbanized Spaces in China#br# #br#

The peri-urban areas of China are a unique spatial phenomenon between urban and rural areas. This phenomenon has become a common concern of geography and urban and rural planning. Two major aspects of peri-urban spaces in China were identified in this study. Firstly, the unique land-use features were identified. A theoretical framework was constructed based on property rights theory, political theory, and institutional change theory. Moreover, the formation mechanism of peri-urban spaces was analyzed. Secondly, the characteristics, patterns, evolution, and mechanism of urban and rural spatial structure and rural spatial structures were identified. Based on typology and other research methods, the spatial patterns were extracted and the evolutionary patterns summarized. This study also explored modes of peri-urban space renewal and transformation. Ultimately, suggestions for further exploration are proposed.
