2,6-二甲基苯酚原位还原胺化反应研究

摘    要:采用浸渍法制备Pd基催化剂,用于甲醇水相重整反应与2,6-二甲基苯酚还原胺化反应的耦合。研究载体、甲醇用量、反应温度、催化剂用量以及反应时间等因素的影响,结果表明,在Pd基催化剂作用下,可以实现甲醇水相重整反应与2,6-二甲基苯酚还原胺化反应的耦合,2,6-二甲基苯酚还原胺化反应按照加氢-胺化-加氢-脱氢机理进行,Pd/C催化剂同时具备制氢、加氢、胺化和脱氢的均衡性能,是理想的耦合催化剂。

Abstract:The coupling reaction combined methanol aqueous-phase reforming and reductive-amination of 2,6-dimethylphenol was performed over Pd-based catalysts prepared by the impregnation method.The influence of the supports,the dosage of methanol and the catalyst,reaction temperature and reaction time was investigated.It was concluded that the coupling reaction could be achieved over Pd-based catalyst,and the reductive-amination scheme of 2,6-dimethylphenol involved four steps:hydrogenation,amination,hydrogenation and dehydrogenation.The results showed that Pd/C catalyst possessed good performance for hydrogen production,hydrogenation,amination and dehydrogenation,and was an ideal coupling catalyst.
