在电力市场中实时调整供电方收支平衡方法

分析了在计算实时电价时，只考虑供电的运行成本及实时电价的计算依据为短时边际成本，未考虑资金回收、折旧、管理费、税收、利润等，使得供电方不能保证所收电费恰好与成本相同，因此存在收支不平衡的问题。为了解决这个问题，提出了利用附加费方法对供电方进行收支平衡调整，并从按用户总电费、总用电量和总容量三个方面分配附加费进行讨论，该方法具有计算简单、精确的优点，且不需要改变实时电价，这样用户可以看到最优的电价信息。

Study on regulating revenue-expenditure balance of power supplier in real-time power market

If only the operational cost and short-time marginal cost are considered and the bankroll call back,depreciation,management charge,revenue duty,gain and so on are not thought over in real-time elec trovalence calculation,the revenue-expenditure balance of power supplier could not be ensured.The sup plement charge method is proposed to regulate the revenue-expen-di ture balance.Three allocation ways of total electric charge,total electric quantity and total capa-bility are dis cussed.It is easy and precise,in which the real-time electrovalence does not change.The con sumers can see the best electrovalence signal.
