摘 要: | 齿轮齿条式抽油机齿轮齿条机构由于长时间承受循环交变载荷而产生疲劳破坏。针对齿轮齿条机构的疲劳寿命问题,用名义应力法和Miner线性损伤理论对齿轮进行疲劳寿命分析。绘制精确的齿轮齿条机构模型,并对模型进行瞬态动力学分析;通过计算机构的疲劳寿命,得到齿轮和齿条的应力云图、损伤云图和疲劳寿命云图。结果表明:齿轮与齿条的应力主要集中在啮合处;疲劳破坏集中在齿轮齿条啮合处;齿轮的粗糙度越高疲劳寿命越低;环境温度对齿轮的疲劳寿命影响很小。研究结论为齿轮齿条式抽油机的结构优化提供了参考。

Fatigue Life Analysis of Pumping Unit Rack and Pinion Mechanism |

Abstract: | The rack and pinion mechanism of the rack and pinion pumping unit can produce fatigue damage due to long term cyclic alternating load. Aiming at the fatigue life of the rack and pinion mechanism, the nominal stress method and the Miner linear damage theory were used to analyze the fatigue life of gears.An accurate rack and pinion mechanism model was drawn, and the transient dynamic analysis was carried out; by calculating the fatigue life of the mechanism, the stress cloud diagram, damage cloud diagram and fatigue life cloud diagram of the gear and rack were obtained. The results show that the stresses of the pinion and rack are mainly concentrated at the meshing part; the higher the roughness of the gear is, the lower the fatigue life is; the ambient temperature has little effect on the fatigue life of the gears. The research results provide reference for the structure optimization of rack and pinion pumping unit. |
