| 摘 要： | 示范性高中的棱心功能是示范与引领其他学校共同发展，体育特长生的培育已经成为示范性高中的一项重要工作，针对目前体育特长生培育与管理中存在的主要问题，从管理学和教育学视角提出了一系列建议。
