摘    要:造船用龙门起重机朝着超大跨度、超大额定起重量方向发展,这给起重机结构提出了更高的要求。采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对主梁进行静力分析。介绍了主梁有限元模型建立的过程,不仅建立主梁的箱型结构,同时增加了主梁内部横隔板等结构,使应力分布及变形分析更加精确;分别对仅自重载荷和额定中载两种工况进行分析,得到主梁最大应力和主梁静载荷变形量,取得良好的效果。

Abstract:The Shipbuilding gantry crane is developed to ward the trend of Super-long span and larger rated load lifting capacity, so that higher requirements are fulfilled in the structure design. This paper uses the finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyze the static characteristics of the main girder, introduces the process of FEA modeling in details and establishes both structures of the main box girder and the diaphragm, so that the calculation of stress distribution and deformation are made more accurate. It also an- alyzes the cases of own weight load and rated load and obtains the data of maximum stress and deformation and good results.
