凯夫拉纤维增强弧形体挠性接管的平衡性研究

摘    要:采用网格分析理论,研究了纤维缠绕直挠性接管加压膨胀成形的弧形管的纤维缠绕角;根据弹性薄壳无矩理论,建立了弧形管的平衡方程,提出了弧形管的平衡角的计算方法;分析了弧形管的平衡性,并进行了有限元计算。结果表明,存在合适的直管缠绕角度,使得弧形管受压下轴向伸缩量足够小,满足平衡性要求。 研究结果为弧形体挠性接管设计与施工中的参数选取提供理论依据。

Abstract:Adopting the netting analysis theory,the wound angle of a filament-wound flexible arc pipe(FW-FAP) made through expanding a straight filament-wound pipe under pressure was studied.According to the elastic thin shell theory,equilibrium equations of the FW-FAP were set up,calculation method of its equilibrium angle was deduced.The equilibrium performance of the pipe was analyzed,and its finite element analysis was performed.The results showed that there exists an appropriate straight pipe wound angle making FW-FAP’s axial displacement under pressure so small as to satisfy the requirement of equilibrium performance.The study results provided a reference for choosing parameters in design and production of FW-FAPs.
