摘    要:机床加工工件的表面形貌包含大量机床误差信息,此信息含有高频信号部分和低频信号部分,针对这些误差信息,提出一种基于小波变换的误差源辨识方法。将误差源对加工结果影响的仿真结果与实际加工工件的面形检测结果对比,分离出的表面形貌的单尺度上的信息与原信息除了会有相位时移外,还有很多特征相关性。利用小波的变焦特性,采用特征相关性分析方法,从检测结果中确定出对加工结果影响大的机床误差源。

Abstract:The surface topography of workpiece includes much errors information,and the information contains high frequency signals and low frequency signals.For the error information,a new method of identification errors based on the wavelet transform was proposed.The separated signal on single scale was with much correlate character except shifted phase.The focal variation character of wavelet and the character correlation analysis were used to identify the machine tool error from the test result.
