机床固定结合面动态特性参数实验研究

摘    要:固定结合面是机床结合面最为普遍的一种,其动态特性参数主要包括动刚度和阻尼系数。采用等效单自由度的力学模型分析其动态特性,消除了基础位移的影响。通过实验法,测得不同条件下固定结合面的动态特性参数,分析螺栓预紧力、零件表面粗糙度、材料及介质等因素对动态特性参数的影响规律,为机床固定结合面的合理设计提供技术支持。

Abstract:Fixed joint is most commonly used in machine tool,which dynamic characteristic parameters include stiffness and damping coefficient.The dynamic model of single degree of freedom system was established by eliminating the influence of base displacement.The model parameters of fixed joint under different conditions were indentified by experiments.Influences of different factors of fixed joint,such as bolt preload,surface rough of parts,material,lubrication medium,were analyzed.It provides technical support to ...
