承钢2500 m~3高炉热风炉工艺优化

摘    要:介绍了承钢2 500 m3高炉顶燃式热风炉存在的问题,分析了影响热风炉利用效率提高的原因。通过对热风炉工作制度进行优化、改进热风炉燃烧器,进一步提高了热风炉的风温和煤气利用效率,使承钢高炉生产实现了高效、节能、环保、长寿的良好循环。

Abstract:It is introduced the problems in top combustion stove of 2 500 m3 blast furnace of Cheng Steel,analyzed the reason to affect the utilization rate of hot blast stove.With optimizing work system of hot blast stove,improving its burner and so further raising the blast temperature and gas utilization efficiency,the excellent circulation of high-efficiency,energy-saving,environment protection and long work life is realized in blast furnaces in Cheng Steel.
