摘    要:介绍了一种FCC催化剂生产过程中化学组分快速监控方法。该方法采用X射线荧光光谱同时测定FCC催化剂中各化学组分含量。以新鲜催化剂为基难配制标准样品,减少了基体效应的影响,所建立的工作曲线,线性很好,不需要进行系数校正;对各组分测定的相对标准偏差均小于5%。通过对不同实验室和不同方法测定的数据进行对比,证明该方法是准确可靠的。

Abstract:X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was introduced for simultaneously determining the chemical component contents during FCC catalyst production. Fresh catalyst samples were used as standards to minimize the matrix effect in determination, and the established working curves showed good linearity without the need of coefficient corrections. The relative standard deviations were less than 5%. Consistent results were obtained by comparing to those from normal chemical analysis method in different laboratories.
