加权灰色关联分析在故障诊断中的应用研究

摘    要:根据复杂电子设备利用测试数据进行故障诊断的特点,提出了用加权灰色关联分析进行故障诊断的方法。该方法通过分析标准故障模式与待测故障模式的灰色关联度,能够实现快速故障模式识别。实例分析表明,该方法能快速有效地进行复杂电子设备的故障诊断,而且诊断精度高。

Abstract:Based on the fact that testing data is often used to carry out fault diagnosis of complicated electronic equipment,a fault diagnosis method that applies the weighted grey relational analysis was proposed.Through analyzing the grey relation value of standard fault mode and testing fault mode,the new method can identify fault mode quickly.An example indicate that the proposed method can carry out fault diagnosis of complicated electronic equipment quickly and effectively,and has a high diagnosis precision.
