黔西高瓦斯工作面沿空留巷“卸-支-护”技术研究

摘    要:为解决黔西高瓦斯工作面沿空留巷效果不理想的问题,以新田煤矿1404工作面为工程背景,提出了沿空留巷“卸-支-护”技术及其具体内容。针对沿空留巷的不同参数进行数值模拟,综合分析得到了适用于1404工作面沿空留巷的最优参数。基于模拟得到的结果在该工作面进行工业性试验,并进行持续监测验证了“卸-支-护”技术应用效果良好。研究结果表明:(1)沿空留巷“卸-支-护”技术在三者共同作用下,有效的控制了巷道的变形,留巷效果良好;(2)通过确定合适的切顶角度和柔模袋宽度,根据顶板情况确定切顶钻孔深度可以有效改善切顶和留巷的效果;(3)现场观测结果显示,留巷的顶底板最大移近量414mm,两帮最大移近量211.4mm,巷道变形量可控,能够满足留巷后期的使用需求。表明通过沿空留巷“卸-支-护”技术能够有效切顶卸压,承载顶板变形,从而有效的控制沿空留巷的巷道变形,保障了留巷的正常使用,降低了后期维护的费用。

Abstract:Taking 1404 working face of Xintian Coal mine as engineering background, the technology of "unloading, supporting and protecting" of gob-side roadway retention in order to solve the problem that the effect of gob-side roadway retention is not ideal in high gas working face of Western Guizhou is put forward. Based on the numerical simulation of different parameters of goaf retaining roadway, the optimal parameters suitable for goaf retaining roadway along 1404 working face are obtained by comprehensive analysis. Based on the simulation results, industrial tests were carried out on the working face, and continuous monitoring was carried out to verify the good application effect of "unloading-supporting-protection" technology. The results show that :(1) the "unloading, supporting and protecting" technology of goaf retaining can effectively control the deformation of roadway under the combined action of the three factors, and the effect of retaining roadway is good; (2) By determining the appropriate cutting Angle and the width of the soft die bag, and determining the drilling depth of cutting top according to the roof conditions, the effect of cutting top and retaining roadway can be effectively improved; (3) Field observation results show that the maximum displacement of roof and floor and the maximum displacement of two sides in roadway retention is 414mm and 211.4mm, respectively. The deformation of roadway is controllable, which can meet the use requirements in the later period of roadway retention. It shows that the "unloading, supporting and protecting" technology can effectively cut the roof to relieve pressure and bear the deformation of the roof, thus effectively controlling the deformation of the roadway along the gob, ensuring the normal use of the roadway and reducing the later maintenance cost.
