中国高校教师职业倦怠研究进展

21世纪以来的十年,我国高校教师职业倦怠现象日趋加剧。诸多学者在前人的基础上开展了一系列关于高校教师职业倦怠的研究。通过整理和分析这些研究文献发现:高校教师职业倦怠研究在数量和质量上都有明显的提升;在研究对象、研究方法上有明显的拓展;对职业倦怠的成因分析呈现出多学科、多理论、多视角解释的特点;其对策研究具有一定的针对性与现实性。在此基础上,对高校教师职业倦怠的研究还进行了反思与展望。
