摘    要:以现役大型港口起重机械——MQ1633门座起重机为倒,采用软停MSC-PATRAN/NASTAN建立其整体结构有限元模型.在考虑腐蚀和理想化建模时结构影响的情况下,进行了两种工况下的应力计算,得到额定最大荷载作用下起重机处于最大变幅和最小变幅状态下的应力、应变分布规律。为该结构的有限元强度分析方法提供了参考。

Abstract:Strength analysis of large portal crane was discussed in this paper and MQ1633 portal crane was used as numerical example. The whole finite element model was established by MSC.PATRAN/NASTRAN software. With the material corrosion ,Idealized model and the distributions of two dangerous conditions were abtained, the stress and strain distribution were gained with the largest and the smallest load cases.
