摘    要:“大坝与生态”是人与自然和谐相处中的一个重要课题。从普遍意义上讲,修建大坝可能带来的生态问题主要有移民、对泥沙和河道的影响、对大气的影响、水体变化带来的影响、对鱼类和生物物种的影响、对文物和景观的影响、地质灾害、溃坝等八个方面。在不同的流域、不同的河段、不同的坝址上建坝,带来的生态问题是不同的,一定要具体问题具体分析。水利水电工作者必须高度重视水利水电发展中的生态问题,正确认识开发与生态的关系,科学评价大坝可能导致的生态环境问题,用科学发展观和人与自然和谐相处的理念正确认识并妥善处理现阶段遇到的问题,确保我国水利水电建设事业快速健康地发展。

Abstract:Dams and Ecology is an important issue relating to the harmonious coexistence between man and nature. In general, dam construction may have impacts on the ecology in eight aspects: population resettlement, sedimentation and river channel, atmosphere, change of water body, fish and biological species, cultural heritage and landscape, geological hazards and dam breaks. The impacts of a dam may also vary according to different rivers or river sections and dam sites, which requires solutions most fitted to the specific situation. Water engineers must pay due attention to ecological problems associated with development of hydropower, have a correct view on the relationship between development and ecology based on scientific assessment of the impacts a dam may have on the ecology, and properly handle the present problems under the guidance of the scientific concept of development and of the concept of harmony between man and nature, in order to ensure rapid and healthy development of China's water resources and hydroelectric power.
