基于虚拟样机的机械设计方法

摘    要:
随着计算机技术的迅猛发展,虚拟样机技术正成为机械设计的发展趋势,以蠕动泵为例介绍了虚拟样机技术在机械设计中的一些典型应用,它包括了建模、仿真、有限元分析、优化、联合仿真等环节,相对于传统的机械设计方法而言,它提供了全新的机械设计思路。

Abstract:
Along with the swift and violent development of computer technology, the virtual prototyping technology is just becoming the developing trend of machine design. Take the wriggle pump as an example some typical applications of virtual prototyping technology used in machine design were introduced in this paper, which includes links of modeling, simulation, finite element analysis, optimization and combined simulation etc.. So far as the related traditional method of machine design is being concerned, it provided an all-new train of thought for machine design.
