| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了端面齿在低地板车辆驱动系统中的应用,阐述了端面齿连接结构的特点及主要参数的选择,详细分析了端面齿的强度理论计算模型及端面齿的齿根强度和齿面接触强度计算方法。构建了端面齿的有限元模型并在ANSYS中对端面齿在电机启动工况和电机短路工况下进行应力计算和分析。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the application of the face tooth in a low-floor vehicle drive system,describes the characteristics of the face tooth's connection structure and the choice of the main parameters.A detailed analysis of the face tooth strength theory model,face tooth root strength and tooth contact strength calculation method.Build a finite element model of face tooth and make the stress calculation and analysis of the face tooth under the motor starters condition and motor short circuit conditions with the ANSYS. |
