| Abstract: | Xiabandi Water Control Project is the largest water control project in the South Xinjiang； which plays an important role in the aspects of agriculture， industry； regional economic development of special economic zone， consolidation of border area， unity of nationalities， progress of society within the South Xinjiang along with far-reaching significance and influence.The important functions and significant benefit and effect of the project are analyzed and expatiated herein from the perspective of the service science concerned. |
