摘    要:以自制Dawson结构磷钨酸为催化剂,在无有机溶剂、相转移催化剂的情况下,用过氧化氢氧化环己烯合成己二酸。探讨了催化剂用量、过氧化氢用量、反应时间、反应温度对反应的影响。结果表明:较佳反应条件为环己烯:过氧化氢:催化剂摩尔比100:500:0.2,反应温度100℃,反应时间为5 h时,合成的己二酸收率可达76.6%;该反应符合串级反应机制。

Abstract:Adipic acid was synthesized from cyclohexanene by hydrogen peroxide oxidation using phosphotungstic acid with Dawson structure as catalyst in absence of organic solvent and phase transfer.The effects of the catalyst amount,hydrogen peroxide amount,reaction time and temperature on the reaction were discussed.The results showed that the the yield of adipic acid could be 76.6% under the conditions as followed: the mole ratio of cyclohexanene,hydrogen peroxide and catalyst of 1005000.2,reaction temperature 100℃,reaction time 5 h.The reaction complied with the cascade reaction mechanism.
