大型换热器管与管板连接工艺的优化

摘    要:结合现场施工实践,分析了大型换热器(横管式煤气冷却器,外形为长方形)的结构特点、焊接缺陷与产生原因.以及制造中关键环节应采取的主要工艺及优化技术措施。制作的主要技术问题是换热管与管板的连接,应尽量避免和减少换热管与管板的焊接应力与变形,并保证其牢固严密,达到规定的要求范围。据实测,管板的内凹、外凸偏差未超过0~2mm,对角线尺寸偏差小于或等于5mm,完全符合制造要求。

Abstract:According to field experience, this paper analyzed the structure feature, welding shortage and reason of large-scale heat exchanger (e.g. horizontal pipe gas-cooling machines, rectangular parallelepiped) and the main technology and optimized measures in key step during manufacturing. The key problem is pipe-board joint. The welding stress and deforming between pipe and board should be possibly avoided and decreased in order to ensure the joint tight and firm and reach the standard. Based on the actual measuring, the deviation of pipe-board concave and convex is within 2 mm, the deviation of diagonal lines' length is within 5 mm. The heat exchanger can satisfy the manufacturing requirement.
