摘    要:在复合固体超强酸 SO42 - / Ti O2 - Al2 O3催化下 ,由富马酸与甲醇合成富马酸二甲酯。考察了催化剂用量、原料配比等因素对产物收率的影响 ,确定了酯化最佳条件为 :醇酸比 6∶ 1,反应时间 4h,催化剂用量 3g,该条件下 ,产物收率达 91.4%。

Abstract:The dimethyl fumarate was prepared by esterification of fumaric acid with methanol using the composite solid superacid SO_4~2-/TiO_2-Al_2O_3 as catalyst.The influences of catalyst content,raw material ratio on the yield of product were investigated.The optimum synthetic conditions were established.The yield of product reaches 91.4%.
