电爆炸喷涂技术用于模具表面强化的研究

摘    要:采用电爆炸喷涂技术,将商用材料2Cr13喷涂在生物质能材料固化颗粒成形模具表面,通过对涂层进行扫描电镜、能谱分析、强度试验可知,2Cr13经电爆炸喷涂技术在模具表面形成的涂层致密、无微裂纹、空洞较少、合金元素烧损少、与基体结合强度高。将这种经电爆炸喷涂强化后的生物质颗粒成形模具用于生产考核,寿命可提高一倍。试验与生产考核的结果为人们采用普通钢+电爆炸喷涂表面强化工艺代替用昂贵的模具钢来制作模具提供了依据。

Abstract:The electrical explosion coating technology was used for the surface consolidation of the die,the material of the coating was 2Cr13.The coating was detected and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive spectroscopy and strength test.The results show that the coatings are dense with no micro-cracks,less cavity and alloy element losses and the coating and substrate has a high bonding strength.The mold strengthened by biomass particles forming after the electrical explosion spraying 2Cr13 was...
