摘    要:钱清发电有限责任公司湿法烟气脱硫系统未设增压风机。为防止其对锅炉运行产生影响,在设计控制逻辑时采取了相应的预防措施。为论证无增压风机的可行性,进行了旁路挡板开关及再循环泵切换对锅炉运行影响的试验。结果表明,在脱硫系统投切时,锅炉运行未受到任何影响。目前该系统已连续稳定运行近一年,证明湿法烟气脱硫系统不设增压风机是可行的。

Abstract:The wet flue gas desulfuration (WFGD) system in Qianqing Power Generation Company hasn't equiped with booster fan, in order to prevent boiler operation from this influence, corresponding measures had been taken during control lagic design. To prove the feasibility of not using bosster fan, test has been carried out to see whither open or close of the bypass damper, as well as switching on or off the recirculating pump affect the boiler operation. Results show that the switching on or off the desulfuration system hasn't any influence upon the boiler operation. At present, the said system already has continuously and stably operated for almost one year. It is believed that the WFGD system not equiped with booster fan to be feasible.
