曲面工件超声波检测的扫描方法进展

摘    要:曲面工件的超声波检测中,由于工件表面曲率对超声波速的散射和聚焦,如何将超声波束准确可靠地投射到工件内的待检测区域,是检测工作中比较关心的问题。本文对棒材和管材超声波检测中常用折发描方法作了评述,介绍了最近几年出现的适于棒材和管材和接触法和水浸法探伤方法。

Abstract:During the UST of the curved surface of work piece, due to the dispersion and focus of the ultrasonic wave beam of the curved surface curvature, how to project the ultrasonic wave beam to the inspected area of inside the work piece reliablely is a relatively concerned problem in the inspection work. This article describes the common scanning method used in the UST of rod and tubular goods, and introduces the contacting and liquid approaching method which are used recent years and suitable for rod and tubular goods. Regarding the thick and thin W.T. of the pipe, it offers the best inspection condition for the different position's defects and gives the measures taken for the increasing inspection sensitivity of pipe transverse wave disalignment. Several probes suitable for the curved surface such as riding probes, double wafer focused probes, tube probes, and involving probes etc. are also discussed. Finally introduces the relations between the parameter of contact method and liquid penetrating method and the limitation of using the geometry acoustics method in the inspection of work piece.
