AutoCAD在精馏塔设计中的应用

摘    要:作为一个工程绘图软件,AutoCAD有着精确的“绘图”和“捕捉”功能,利用这些特性,可以在化工设计中发挥很好的作用。以非理想二元物系乙醇-水为例介绍AutoCAD在精馏塔设计过程中切线法求最小回流比Rmin、梯级图解法求理论板数和确定灵敏板位置等方面的应用。

Abstract:AutoCAD, as an engineering drawing software, has the delicate functions of “drawing " and “object snapping". It can be made good use in chemical engineering design. Herein a non-ideal two-component system, alcohol-aqua, is taken as an example to introduce the applications of AutoCAD in rectification tower design: finding out the minimum reflex ratio, R, by tangent method; and the theoretical number of trays, the position of sensitive tray by McCabe-Thiele method.
