摘    要:主要从设备入手,对影响锦纶6拉伸变形丝(DTY)断裂强度和断裂伸长率的因素进行分析和试验论证。实践证明:调整摩擦盘和拉杆导丝器或止捻器对改善DTY的断裂强度和断裂伸长率有一定作用;拉杆导丝器和止捻器的相对位置对DTY断裂强度和断裂伸长率影响显著,丝束加弹时先经过止捻器后经过拉杆导丝器会使DTY的强度和断裂伸长率明显提高。

Abstract:The influence factors of breaking strength sised and tested. The result shows that friction disk and elongation of draw textured yarn (DTY) are analy- and yarn guide on pull rob or naval adjusting will ira- prove the tensile strength and breaking elongation in some dgree. The yarn guide on pull rob located at be- fore or after naval will impact DTY breaking strength and elongation significantly. During processing, DTY breaking strength and elongation are improved obviously when navel is in front of yarn guide on pull rob.
