橡胶粉改性混凝土的试验研究

摘    要:对废旧轮胎橡胶粉碎料作为添加成分取代部分细骨料的混凝土的力学性能进行了试验,制备了多组不同橡胶粒径和掺量的橡胶粉改性混凝土试件,试验采用的橡胶粉为废旧轮胎橡胶胶粉,掺量为细骨料体积的5%、10%、15%和20%,探讨橡胶粉粒径和掺量变化对力学性能的影响,结果表明:掺人废旧轮胎橡胶胶粉的混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度会随橡胶掺量的增加而降低;折压比增加。

Abstract:We made the mechanical properties test on concrete that crushed material waste tire rub- ber as an added ingredient replace part of the fine aggregate and prepared different sets of rubber particle size and dosage of rubber powder modified concrete specimens. The test used the waste tire rubber pow- der,fine aggregate volume content is 5%, 10%, 15% and 20%,the effect of rubber powder particle size and dosage on the mechanical properties is discussed. The results showed that: the compressive strength, flexural strength of waste tire rubber powder concrete increases with rubber content decreases;fold pres- sure ratio increases.
