某汽轮机轴瓦碎裂原因分析及处理

摘    要:对某汽轮发电机组1#轴承轴瓦经常发生碎裂故障的原因进行了分析,该轴承轴颈的振动、水平偏移量及晃动过大等是导致轴瓦碎裂的主要原因。通过减小该轴承轴颈偏移量,增加其最小油膜厚度及对机组进行动平衡,有效解决了轴承轴瓦碎裂的故障。

Abstract:Through the analysis of the reason of 1# bearing bush fragmentation fault which occurred in a steam turbine generator set,it is found that excessive vibration,horizontal offset and sloshing of bearing journal are the main reasons of bush fragmentation.Through reducing the offset of bearing journal,increasing the minimum oil film thickness and carrying out dynamic balance,the fault of bearing bush fragmentation is solved efficiently.
