| 摘 要： | 企业年金作为养老金制度的第二支柱，某入市指日可待,如何对其进行组织管理和投资运营，是迫切需要解决的课题，借鉴国际经验就企业年金的管理模式、投资运营、风险防范等方面进行了探讨，提出了企业年金可通过养老基金会来经办，通过组合投资实现企业年金的增值保值。

| Abstract: | Occupational pensions scheme, as the secondary pillar of old age pension system, can be expected to go into the capital market soon. How to organize, manage and operate it is an urgent problem needed to be solved . Learning from international experience,the management mode, operation and risk management of the occupational pensions are discussed and it is put forward that old age fund association can manage the occupational pensions, maintaining and increasing its value through investment portfolio. |
