摘    要:老城地下空间的开发利用有利于缓解城区的空间矛盾,激发城市空间活力,近年来逐渐成为提升老城人居环境的重要手段。与此同时,大数据技术和人工智能作为新时代城市空间科学规划开发的助力器,可为地下空间建设提供有力的技术保障。因此,老城地上地下一体化信息系统地研究和开发具有重要的研究价值和实践意义。本文基于国内外城市地下空间信息化系统的资料收集和调研,提取比重较高的影响因子,引入大数据集成处理技术,结合机器算法与相关评价方法,拟开发适用于老城地下空间开发管理的地上地下一体化发展决策及数据支撑平台,旨在为实现老城空间集约化发展和数字化管理提供数据支撑和决策参考,从而推进老城更新与城市风貌保护及发展。

Abstract:Underground space development in the old city is conducive to improving urban space quality and solving spatial contradictions. Underground space is an important means to improve the old city's living environment and re-excite the city's vitality. The ground and underground information integration system is the digital foundation and technical guarantee for the integration and intensive construction of the aboveground and underground space in the old city. Based on the data collection and research content of urban underground space information systems within the country and abroad, this paper extracts the limiting and influencing factors of space information systems, introduces big data integrated processing technology, and combines machine algorithms and related evaluation methods. The study proposed developing the aboveground and underground integrated development decision-making and data support platform suitable for the development and management of the underground space of the old city, aiming to provide data support and decision-making reference for the intensive development and digital management of the old city space, in addition, to promote the renewal of the old city and the urban style protection development.
