中钢50t电弧炉炼钢生产实践分析

摘    要:摘要对中钢公司炼钢厂50t电弧炉炼钢生产实践中出现的冶炼电耗增加的现象进行了研究,从电弧炉炼钢供电制度的角度分析了其冶炼电耗增加的原因。研究中应用高精度仪表实测了电气运行参数,提出了合理的供电制度。推荐使用合适的工作点,采用高档位时,弧流不宜过大。建议随着原料条件及系统阻抗的变化,对不同的原料结构及系统状态,制定合理的供电曲线。生产实践表明,采用合理的供电制度可显著降低电耗。

Abstract:Power input schedule is important in the EAF steelmaking.Establishing optimized power input schedule can reduce energy consumption in the EAF steelmaking and improve productivity.Electric parameter of EAF in steelmaking plant of China Steelmaking Corporation International was measured with meter of high precision, phenomena of electric consumption increasing was discussed and analyzed, and reasonable power input schedule was presented.The appropriate working point was recommended.The arc current should not be too high when the high shelf are used.Reasonable power input curves are drawn according to the different raw material and system impedance.The production practice indicates that optimized power input schedule can reduce electric consumption observably.
