| 摘 要： | 在互联网络故障排除工作中，工程师们基本上依靠网设备控制命令来交互地诊断和隔离错误，工作过程中他们涉及并使用的各种网络互联和故障诊断等方面的知识，如下不进行跟踪记录保存下业，过后就变得模糊或者遗忘，本文提出 的故障排除辅助系统是一个混合专家系统，它把基本规则的推和基于事例的推理结合起来，因而不仅可以给出互联网故障排队的解决方安杯帮助有关知识的获取。

| Abstract: | In today's real-world network trouble-shooting, engineers largery depend on the console command network devices to interactively diagnose and isolate faults.The obscure processe, which involves all kind of knowledge about network and trouble-shooting, will be left unrecognized unless it is tracked down and stored for reuse. Our intelligent network trouble-shooting assistant is a hybrid expert system, which incorporates both rule-based shooting and event-based shooting but can assist knowledge extraction as well. |
