蜗线齿轮及其共轭齿轮节曲线的设计

摘    要:蜗线齿轮及其共轭齿轮是一种新式封闭非圆齿轮,蜗线齿轮节曲线由余弦函数构造,根据节曲线共轭和封闭条件推导出与蜗线齿轮共轭的非圆齿轮节曲线,为蜗线齿轮副的设计提供了理论基础;对新式非圆齿轮节曲线的几何特性进行研究,得到蜗线齿轮副不同偏斜率下的凹凸性,为其加工提供了依据;最后对实际应用的蜗线齿轮副进行仿真,验证了理论的正确性。

Abstract:Limacon gear and its conjugated gear are a new kind of noncircular gears.Limacon gear is constructed by simple cosinerule.According to the conjugated and closed condition,a formula for solving the pitch curve of the conjugated gear is derived,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of limacon gear pair.The geometrical characteristics of limacon gear pair is analyzedin detail in order to obtain the concave-convex property with different deformed ratio.Finally,the correctness of the designtheory is verified by simulating practical limacon gear pair.
