摘    要:针对酸洗法去除带钢表面氧化皮投资大、成本高等问题,利用管式还原炉采用工业氢气还原的方法,研究了还原工艺参数对热轧带钢还原后表面形貌的影响.实验结果表明,还原后试样表面产生大量的裂纹和气孔,表面氧化铁皮层转变成金属铁层,厚度约为120~170μm;还原温度达到800℃、还原时间为7min、还原气流量为70L/h时,氧化铁皮单位面积减重量可以达到7.56g/m2.随着还原温度的升高和还原时间的增加,试样表面氧化铁皮减重量增加,而气流量对还原效果影响不明显.

Abstract:To the problem of oxide on hot-rolled strip surface removed by acid dipping has high investment and cost, the influence of reduction process parameters on the surface topographies of hot-rolled strip after reduc- tion was studied by hydrogen reduction in pipe furnace. The results show that there are a lot of cracks and gas holes on the sample surface after reduction. The surface oxide layer turns into metal iron layer which thickness is about 120-170μm. The unit area less weight of the oxide can reach 7.56g/m2 when reduction temperature is 800℃ and gas flow is 701/h during 7rain. The loss weight of oxide on strip surface is increased while reduc- tion temperature increasing and reduction time extending. But the gas flow has little effect on reduction.
