CO2脱氢技术在尿素安全生产中的应用

摘    要:分析了尿素中压系统爆炸性气体的来源、组成以及诱发爆炸的因素,指出原料气脱氢是消除爆炸隐患的根本措施;通过生产应用实例,介绍了尿素CO2原料气脱氢技术和精脱硫技术的脱氢原理、工艺流程和生产操作数据;对脱H2技术的项目投资和经济效益进行了论证。

Abstract:It was analyzed what was the source and composition of the explosive gases from the middle pressure system as well as the factors inducing the explosion,it was indicated that dehydrogenation of raw gas was basic measure removing hidden peril of explosion;through applicable example of production,the principle of dehydrogenation process flow and production operation data were introduced for dehydrogenation technology and fine de-sulfur technology of CO_2 raw gas making urea;proof was made for project invest of dehydrogenation technology and for its economic benefit.
