摘    要:
城市配电网接线方式将直接影响配电网的供电能力、可靠性和经济性。建立了配电网接线方式优选的数学模型,并以经济性净年值最小为目标函数,通过对经济性函数的分析,选出最优的配电网接线方式,所选的供电方式能够满足不同地区负荷的供电需求。算例结果表明:所选的最优接线方式,不仅可满足不同负荷发展阶段对供电能力和供电可靠性的要求,而且步骤清晰、简单,应用范围广泛,对城市中压配电网接线方式规划有着重要参考价值。

Abstract:
The connection scheme of the urban distribution network affect the power supply capacity, reliability and economy. This research is based on the mathematical model, and the objective function aims to the minimum net annual value. By analyzing to the economic functions, the best connection scheme is reached, the best connection scheme can meet the needs of power supply capacity demands. Case studies show that the best connection scheme can meet the need of the power supply capacity and reliability The method has the characteristic of step clear, simple and using a wide range, which has practical reference value to the Urban Distribution Network Planning.
