铋系银包套高温超导多芯带材的显微组织结构

摘    要:采用粉末装管法制备了M27(27芯),M19(19芯)六种铋系银包套高温超导多芯带材,利用标准四引线测量其电学性能临界温度(Tc)和临界电流密度(Jc),利用高分辨电子显微镜,配有能谱仪的透射电子显微镜和扫描电子显微镜研究其显微组织结构。

Abstract:Abstract: Two kinds of Ag sheathed multi fiber Bi HT c superconducting tapes (M27 and M19) were fabricated by PIT method. Both two tapes were made into electron microscope samples (planar view and cross section) and the microstructure was studied with H9000 TEM, JEM 2000FX TEM and JSM 840 SEM. Phases of BSCCO superconduction tapes mainly consisted of 2223 phase. A few 2212 phase intergrown with 2223 phase were observed.
