摘    要:以天然水华蓝藻为原料,建立了以甲醇溶液提取和固相萃取为主要步骤的微囊藻毒素分离纯化方法。比较不同极性提取剂对微囊藻毒素的提取效果,结果表明:60%甲醇有较高的提取效率,同时优化了提取方法。并通过调节溶液pH值至藻胆蛋白等电点的方法除去共提取的大量藻胆蛋白,取得了很好的净化效果,为微囊藻毒素的分离和纯化研究提供了基础。

Abstract:Some new methods were established to isolate and purify Microcystins from natural cyanobacterial bloom,by the main steps of extraction with aqueous methanol and solid phase extraction.The optimized method was evaluated with different solvents applied to assess the efficiency of microcystins extraction.60% methanol had the highest efficiency,and the massive of phycobiliprotein was removed by adjusting the pH of solvents to the isoelectric point.This result provided a solid basis for obtaining pure microcystins efficiently.
